Please power on the printer only when the setup prompts for the printer.

If possible, delete the printer from the registries using Regedit or using any other 3rd party application. Run the Hardware and devices as well as Printer troubleshooter. Press Windows key +X, select Control panel. It then showed the printer and its IP address. During the install, the program did not prompt for the EULA accept, it went directly to the type of install selection screen, where I selected the wireless connection. Delete the files in the folder (You might not be able to delete all the files). I downloaded the OJ8610198.exe install program for the new install. It would bring up the temporary files folder. Type %temp% in the run box and click Ok or hit the Enter button.

Download the software on Internet explorer if it does not work on any other browser. Recommend you follow the procedure mentioned below to uninstall the printer from your computer, clear the temp files and then download the printer software from this link and install it on your computer.
